This somewhat water resistant medium size tree is native to Central America and Mexico.
From seed, Olosapo would fruit after 6 years. This grafted tree was only planted two years ago with a 6 month graft and its flowering already.
It has a sweet dry but creamy texture that resembles a Mamey Zapote and a Pejibaye
